Contemporary House Sitges

This modern luxury house is situated on the hills of Sitges, 30km to the south of Barcelona. The house – with 420 m2 of inside space and 1028 m2 of outside space - has spectacular views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea.

The property, built in 2002, is considered one of the more interesting architectural projects in the area, and has featured in several architectural and interior design magazines. One of its strongest features is the immense glass facade combined with anodised aluminium, which opens to the extensive wooden terrace with infinity pool.

The property has been used for several international top-brand TV commercials, fashion shoots and movies.

San Bartomeo

Set in the heart of rolling countryside, San Bartomeo de Torres is a unique experience in Catalonia. A small former priory with an attached 12th century “ermita” (chapel), it was once a Benedictine Priory where, according to historical records, two of the thorns from Christ’s coronet were kept for 250 years.

The house provides six en-suite bedrooms and first class facilities throughout. The two hectares of grounds includes a private 12-metre swimming pool and small lake, as well as a photographic/arts studio with natural north light, available for film and still shoots.

San Bartomeo’s elevated position provides panoramic views of Mount Rocacorba across the valley and the Pyrenees in the distance. Although secluded, it has superb access - Girona airport is only 25 minutes away and Barcelona is an hour away.

Medita Locations- Can Rei

Can Rei is a restored Spanish farmhouse, strategically situated on a hilltop with views of the nearby coastal forest landscape. It was restored by its owner architect and was a finalist in its category for the Spanish national architecture and design awards (FAD) in 2003.
 
This house is large and spacious. The interiors are polished cement with specks of colourful patterns throughout. Torre Nova

La Torre Nova is located near the town of Caldes de Montbui, 30 km from Barcelona. It is difficult to put a precise age on this castle, but it is considered around 1000 years old.

The current property has 27 hectares of land, mostly woodland. Apart from the Vallgornera Castle building, the property includes a pool, terrace with dining area, orchard, dovecote, farming areas and a park. It also has equestrian facilities that include a two-bedroom family house, bar, barbecue, Olympic track and training rings.

Setup productions

 The Costa Brava in northeastern Spain has a number of properties which benefit from the beaches and views of Catalonia. The following three properties are represented by Setup.

The Josep Pratmars-Parera designed property is suitable for fashion and advertising productions. It has a large garden and forest area and its own tennis court. The interior is well equipped with original furniture from the 60s and 70s by interior designer Orianna Banks.

"The White House" has its own boatyard and excellent views over the Mediterranean from all rooms.

Jose Antonio Coderch built the "Ugalde House" in 1951 using simple materials available in the time of Franco’s dictatorship, but he maximised the use of design. Today, it is restored and available for selected jobs in fashion photography. Interestingly, Picasso came to design the lamp in the sitting room, one of a kind.

This top-floor duplex apartment is situated in Barcelona’s Plaça Reial, a buzzing square in the central and historical quarter of the city. The property offers excellent, all-day sunlight conditions, and has two separate terraces with views of the plaza below, as well as a 360 degree view of the entire city and the Mediterranean just a short distance away.
