cpt photography/photo agents: HURRICANES PHOTOGRAPHERS AGENCY

Cape Town-based Hurricanes Photographers has been representing some of South Africa's finest photographers for many years, both in the local and international markets. In 2000, when it became apparent that Cape Town had joined the global market as a photographic destination, founder Gavin Furlonger, who had himself been one of the country's top photographers, decided to provide a service to make it easier for potential clients to search for local photographers.

With a wide knowledge of photography, a good understanding of the clients' needs, and a long list of committed photographers, Hurricanes was launched. Since then he has added some top international names to that list, available to accept the right commissions that come along from time to time.

Clients have ranged from fashion, advertising, automobile, tobacco and beverages. At all times, the most important aspect for Hurricanes Photographers has been about the 'right photographer for the right job'.

Les Cascades de Bantry Bay is an elegant lodge on the hillside below Lion's Head in what is considered the most exclusive bay on the Atlantic coast.
