Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Showcase Paris, brought to you by Production Paradise. We present the very best of the Parisian visual media industry, with the latest news from top professionals working out of the City of Light. As usual, more information is available in our directory.

• Valentino at Musée des Arts Decoratifs. Two hundred Haute Couture Designs are on display from one of the fashion world's true greats. Until September 21st.
• Bridget Riley at Musée d'Art Moderne. The first retrospective show to visit France by the internationally renowned British painter. Until September 14th.

Javier Vallhonrat exhibits 'Acaso' for the Photo España Festival, held as part of the 10th edition of the International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts. Javier presents 31 panoramic images that express how humankind adapts to abstract natural spaces and their dramatic dimensions.

Peter Lindergh's latest exhibition, 'Mano a Mano' - Rencontres Photographiques Darles at Théâtre Antique, sees two photographers with different styles explore one subject: fashion.

Michele Filomeno photographers display their talents in leading editorials and worldwide campaigns.

• Kevin Griffin has returned from Thailand where he shot the first of a three-shot campaign for Vodafone.
• George Logan was in Shanghai where he was invited to exhibit his work at the 2008 Shanghai International Photographic Art Exhibition.
• Andy Barter recently worked on a bathroom spread for Wallpaper. He has also shot for Alef Magazine as well as for Cassina in Milan.
  
• Peter Rad recently shot for New York Magazine and for Men's Health.
• Nigel Millard has returned from the USA where he was shooting personal work. Recent clients include the Marines and Lloyd's Insurance. Nigel's RNLI work is also featured in Outdoor Photography and Sport magazines.
• Chris Frazer Smith has finished a campaign for Revels chocolates. He also shot for Ford for the launch of their new Titanium S Max, and for Visit London.

Paris-based Ma&Ma Photographers works with connections in Italy, Belgium, Sweden and The Netherlands. The agency's talented photographers come from the USA, UK, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Spain.

Recent additions to the Ma&Ma team, Francesco Majo and Nataly Cadavid, live and work between Paris and London and specialise in food photography using natural light and precise styling. Other recent projects from the agency's photographers include:

In this Showcase, David unveils the magic of Paris through his recent Surface editorial 'Eiffel Tower'.

Paris-based French photographer Yves Lavallette is also represented in Germany and in Asia.

Olivier De Larue Dargère, Editor-in-Chief at SOON magazine, called on the photographer's sports discipline for the publication's fifth issue which is dedicated to sport and the Beijing Olympic Games.

"I chose the shot and treated it as an ultra feminine dance subject," commented Yves. "I depicted it by using "clair-obscur", subtle colours and black and white."

A selection from his latest campaign for Thierry Mugler is featured in this edition of Showcase Paris.

Featured in this Showcase is a selection of her work shot by Karel Khuene for an editorial in Wich magazine.

Corinne was recently in charge of styling for a photo shoot with famous actor Jared Leto.

Christophe Durand has recently been extremely busy flying between shoots in London, Prague and Dubai. In between, he has worked for new organic brand Sno bioflowers.

He is currently working between Paris and Barcelona shooting a selection of prestigious campaigns.
